Mrs. Mélanie avoie-Tremblay is a FRSQ Junior 1 Career Award recipient for 2007-2011, a McGill representative at Centre FERASI (Training and Expertise in Nursing Administration Research), and a researcher (régulier) and coordinator for the axis Knowledge Exchange at the Research Centre Fernand Seguin of Hôpital Louis-H. Lafontaine. She is also a researcher (associé) at the research Institut CUSM/MUHC and a researcher (associé) at the Douglas Institute Research Centre. Mrs. Lavoie-Tremblay is leading research funded by FRSQ, FQRSC, CIHR and CHSRF. She is conducting research on participatory internvention to improve organization of care and work for the personnel, patients and the organization.
