What does the quality and safety of care and services in the health care system mean, exactly? How can we best evaluate the quality of care and the risks involved in various treatments? Which tools and methods are appropriate for different situations and what are the pros and cons of each?
This module offers health care management teams a brand new results-oriented course that leads to concrete application in the workplace. . In addition to incorporating key concepts in managing quality, efficiency and safety, participants will:

This course is designed for teams of managers (minimum three people per establishment) who are in charge of a quality project or a merger of client groups or programs in their establishment. People involved in quality management activities but not in charge of them will also benefit, provided they have influence within the project and the ability to take action.
